This beautiful rural home had been cherished by its owners for many years and already had so much going for it – exposed beams, warm timber flooring and views stretching out across the countryside.

The challenge was bringing together what had previously been two separate rooms and creating one kitchen that felt completely considered. It needed to work as a single, connected space while still feeling at home among the property’s original features.

Clean lines, carefully chosen finishes and beautifully integrated storage were introduced to sit comfortably alongside those features, allowing the character of the house to shine through. The finished space is modern and highly functional, yet still feels completely at home within the property.

Most importantly, the homeowners tell us they absolutely love living in it.
